You're looking for the calendartemplate which is part of Table Settings. You can get there from Develop > Manage Tables, then click the Settings link for the table you want to manage. Near the bottom of the page, you'll see a field for calendartemplate that will allow you to use
Square Brackets to identify the field or fields you want to display on the calendar.
