Go to Admin > User Groups
Look for the Column called "Default Start Page".
Edit the row that corresponds to the group you want to set the homepage for. (Different groups can have different homepages - you can send the accountant straight to the books, etc.)
Type in the url you want them to be forwarded to and click save.
