Reports are created when there is "two dimensional" data in your table.
If you set up "auditing" on your table, you will be able to see a line chart showing the number of items by create date. Also, if you have any "yes/no" datatypes, you can see a count of those.
Otherwise you must have data being pulled from a "look-up table" - another table in your system, in order for automatic reports to be generated.
You can create custom reports too. To do this, first click the reports icon.
From there you can click the "custom reports" icon -
where you'll have more options to create reports.
