I have a spreadsheet I use to collect email addresses for people who sign up for alerts. Each time i send out an email, i get lots of undeliverables and sometimes people ask to unsubscribe. Using a spreadsheet it's a real pain to keep track of all that I have to find the email, update the flag, manage the contact list and it's a real pain.
So i just imported the spreadsheet added an unsubscribe column and an undeliverable column and added a menu to show me a list of only the valid emails in a text area that i can quickly copy/paste into an email form and now it's sooooo easy!!
