Title:
Drop logo area and add HTML block above everything.

Content:
If you drop the log space... delete the cell or element which houses that item you will allow more room for the title statements up top.

Now.. so that we can appropriately brand our applications, why not put an editable html block at the very top of the page. It should fit 100% width-wise. This would allow for appropriate banners and navigation links for site users.

As an example, I use Google's Aps For Your Domain product. And, each of my "users" gets access to a "Start Page". So that we can brand (and integrate) the start page, Google provides an HTML block at the top of the service for us to edit. Click here to see how I've integrated it so that my users do not get "shocked" by feeling like they jumped off my site.

I'm hoping this is an easy implementation for you folks. I think you would probably find it well received by the masses. But, that's just my opinion.
