If you are entering new records that have very similar data to existing records, you can start from a copy of an existing record.
To copy a record, first go to the
edit view of that record.
Click the "Copy" button at the bottom of the record. You will be taking to the
detail view of your new record, and will need to click the edit icon again to enter the new data.
Be careful here and proceed slowly to make sure that you enter new data in the copied record, and do not overwrite the original record. Look at the
location bar of your browser and check that the record has a higher id number than the original. (See
